I have loved helping people my entire life!! I really enjoy finding or selling the right home or piece of property for an individual or family and helping them to be delighted with their sale or purchase. For 27 years that I have been in real estate, the most important memories are the ones where buyers or sellers say that I changed their life. After living in North Carolina for over 13 years, I have assisted buyers and sellers all over the Charlotte area with hundreds of properties, from South Charlotte, Uptown, Denver to Lake Norman and beyond. Not only am I familiar with general brokerage, my 18 years selling and managing people in the new home industry has allowed me to have a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate and construction. I have bought and sold 10 of my own properties and been a landlord for over 10 years.

It is all about the connection that one makes with each other before, during and after the transaction. This connection serves to better understand the needs and wants of the individual or family, which cultivates a quality experience and one in which I can help at all levels to make the experience a one of a kind and memorable. Having bought and sold my own properties, I realize the stress and toll it can take to get the job done and to a successful finish to the transaction. I believe that having a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Counseling, assists me in possessing the innate ability to understand and empathize, as well as counsel individuals to navigate thru the exciting journey of their next life move.
