Deniece Wilson

Originally from Des Moines, IA, I fell in love with the Lake Norman area in 2002. I live on the east side of Lake Norman with my husband. Exercise and health are a big part of my life; recently competing in several bodybuilding competitions. My faith is also very important to me, attending church at Grace Covenant in Cornelius with my family. I am a mother of six (3 biological and 3 step children...all out of the house luckily) and I have 8 grandchildren. I add a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry to my real estate career. I have specialized in residential lending for over 30 + years and have experiential knowledge across a broad spectrum of residential lending products which is helpful in getting families into the perfect home. I understand that purchasing a home is not only one of the biggest investments that a client will make but also a dream that many feel is impossible to obtain.
